<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>QRTA - Teach Like a Champion Program</strong> - In 2023, the Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA) achieved a significant milestone by successfully training 214 teachers across seven directorates: Al-Deeban, Al-Muwaqqar, North Badia, Al-Mafraq, Zarqa, Taybeh, Al-Wasatiyya, and Madaba. This accomplishment strongly aligns with the vision of QRTA and highlights the shared commitment to the community mission of Arab Bank.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">"Check for Understanding" (CFU), with techniques presented in a practical, tangible, and everyday guidance format. This module emphasizes the teacher's crucial task of discerning between "I taught it" and "they learned it."</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">Arab Bank continues its collaboration with Queen Rania Teacher Academy by supporting its programs to develop teachers' skills and provide them with the necessary knowledge and support to improve the quality of education and the effectiveness of teachers in classrooms, recognizing their fundamental role in community building. The bank has contributed to the training of over 1200 teachers from all regions of the kingdom.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">This continuous collaboration, spanning seven years, is part of Arab Bank's support for the "Teach Like a Champion" program, covering various topics such as ensuring student understanding and comprehension, Academic Ethos, participation ratio, critical thinking in the classroom, the five principles of classroom culture, and virtual class management. The outcomes demonstrate the program's success in accomplishing its goals by enhancing the knowledge and skills of the trainees. Furthermore, it has positively influenced the classroom culture of teachers, empowering them to manage classes more effectively both academically and behaviorally.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>برنامج علّم بثقة</strong> - مجموعة جديدة من المعلمين والمعلمات في المدارس الحكومية تختتم أكاديمية الملكة رانيا لتدريب المعلمين تدريبهم على مهارات برنامج علّم بثقة بالشراكة المستمرة مع البنك العربي في إقليمي الوسط والشمال. </span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 16px;">فقد أنهت الأكاديمية هذا العام تدريب214 معلمًا ومعلمة في نهاية البرنامج خلال عام 2023، لينضموا إلى متدربين سابقين دعم البنك العربي تدريباتهم منذ سبع سنوات في إطار شراكة مثمرة مع الأكاديمية تنفيذًا لرؤية الأكاديمية ورسالة البنك العربي المجتمعية، فقد عقدت التدريبات في 7 مديريات هي: مديرية لواء ذيبان، لواء الموقر، منطقة البادية الشمالية، مديرية لواء قصبة المفرق، منطقة الزرقاء الثانية، لواءي الطيبة والوسطية، لواء قصبة مأدبا.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 16px;">ويأتي محور هذا العام من محاور برنامج علم بثقة بعنوان "التأكد من فهم واستيعاب الطلبة" الذي يوفر للمعلمين أساليب تساعدهم على فهم واستيعاب الطلبة بفاعلية أكبر، من خلال طرق إرشادية وملموسة للتأكد من فهمهم واستيعابهم لما يتعلمونه، بتقنيات قابلة للتّطبيق تجعل المعلّم مدركًا للفرق بين مفهومي "أنهيت التّدريس" وحقق الطّلبة التّعلّم".</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 16px;">يذكر أن البنك العربي يواصل تعاونه مع أكاديمية الملكة رانيا لتدريب المعلمين من خلال دعمه لبرامج الأكاديمية التي تهدف إلى تنمية مهارات المعلمين، وتزويدهم بالمعرفة والدعم الضروري لتحسين نوعيّة التّعليم وفاعليّة المعلّمين في الصفوف الدراسية باعتبارهم الركيزة الأساسية في بناء المجتمع، حيث أسهم البنك في تدريب ما يزيد على 1200 معلم ومعلمة من أقاليم المملكة كافة.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 16px;">ويأتي هذا التعاون المستمر منذ سبعة أعوام، في إطار دعم البنك العربي لبرنامج "علّم بثقة " الذي يشمل مواضيع متعددة مثل التأكّد من فهم واستيعاب الطّلبة، الإيقاع الأكاديمي، نسبة المشاركة والتفكير في الغرفة الصفيّة، المبادئ الخمسة لثقافة الصفّ، إدارة الصّفوف الافتراضية. وأظهرت النتائج أنّ البرنامج حقق أهدافه من حيث بناء معرفة المتدرّبين ومهاراتهم، والتأثير في ثقافة المعلمين الصفية من خلال زيادة قدرتهم على إدارة الصف بفاعلية أكبر من الناحيتين الأكاديمية والسلوكية. وعلى صعيد استدامة الأثر أظهرت النتائج أنّ البرنامج قادر على إحداث فرق كبير في مهارات الإدارة الصفية لدى المتدربين بشكل مستدام وعلى مدى طويل، إذ وصل عدد المستفيدين إلى ما يزيد على 7 آلاف معلم ومعلمة منذ انطلاقه.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">تأسست أكاديمية الملكة رانيا لتدريب المعلمين عام 2009 كمؤسسة غير ربحية تتبنّى رؤية جلالة الملكة رانيا العبد الله للارتقاء بنوعية التعليم من خلال تمكين المعلّمين بالمهارات اللازمة، وتقوم على توفير برامج تطوير مهنية مبتكرة ونوعية في الأردن والعالم العربي. وتستند الأكاديمية إلى أفضل الممارسات والبحوث العالمية والعلمية التربوية، ووفّرت حتى الآن من خلال برامجها المتنوعة ما يزيد عن 100,000 فرصة للتنمية المهنية لكلّ من المعلمين والقيادات التربوية.</span></p>
