<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>QRTA</strong> - Queen Rania Teacher Academy conducted a workshop on Communication Skills (Listening and Speaking) as part of the training workshops for the Arabic Language network in the Bani Kenanah Directorate, in collaboration with the Jordanian Ministry of Education and with the support of the Canadian government.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The workshop aims to introduce participants to the basic concepts and terminology in communication skills (listening and speaking) and the important modern global strategies that contribute to enhancing these skills among teachers.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The goal is for teachers to become skilled listeners and persuasive speakers, enabling them to transfer these models to their students in the classroom to develop their skills, making them adept listeners and proficient speakers within and outside the school.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This is achieved through the application of interactive strategies and activities that align with the curriculum requirements and the communication needs through available digital platforms in our world today. This ensures that students acquire 21st-century communication skills, as the need to build communication skills among students has become urgent and essential for academic and professional success.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />QRTA offers innovative and evidence-based professional development programs informed by international best practices and the latest research in the field. Since its inception, QRTA has provided professional learning opportunities for teachers and school leaders, with an outreach of over 100,000 professional development opportunities across its various programs.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>أكاديمية الملكة رانيا لتدريب المعلمين - برنامج الرياضيات</strong> - جانب من الورشة الثالثة لبرنامج الرياضيات للعام 2023 تحت عنوان:"الجبر"، في مديريات التربية والتعليم للواء الجيزة ومحافظة العقبة وقصبة عمان وقصبة إربد، وهدفت الورشة إلى إثراء المحتوى المعرفي بالجبر، وإثراء المعرفة المرتبطة بالأبحاث التربوية في الرياضيات حول كيفية تطور فهم الطلبة للمفاهيم الجبرية، والربط بين البينة العددية والبنية الجبرية، وتطوير مفهوم المساواة، والمساعدة في دعم معلمي الرياضيات المشاركين في الورشة على تحقيق نتاجات التعلّم وتصميم الأنشطة الرياضية التي تساعد المعلمين على بناء المفاهيم الرياضية المتعلقة بالجبر، وتقديم نماذج لاستراتيجيات تدريس مختلفة تهدف إلى زيادة مشاركة الطلبة وانخراطهم في تعلّم الرياضيات.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">يذكر أن برنامج الرياضيات تم تصميمه في الأساس بهدف بناء وتطوير قدرات المعلمين ومهاراتهم في بناء مفاهيم وتطبيقات رياضية مهمة، كتعليم الحساب بعمرٍ مُبكّر، والاستدلال العددي والنسبي والجبر، والقياس، والبيانات، والهندسة. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">وتتابع أكاديمية الملكة رانيا لتدريب المعلمين برامجها التعليمية بالتعاون مع وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية وبدعم من الحكومة الكندية إذ تنفذ لعام 2023 برامج بيداغوجيا المباحث الأساسية لتخصصات (اللغة العربية، العلوم، اللغة الإنجليزية، الدراسات الاجتماعية، الرياضيات) وبرنامج الابتكار في التعليم بالإضافة للدبلوم المهني في القيادة التعليمية المتقدمة والدبلوم المهني في التعليم. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 16px;">وتعدّ أكاديمية الملكة رانيا لتدريب المعلمين التي تأسست عام 2009 مؤسسة غير ربحية تتبنّى رؤية جلالة الملكة رانيا العبدالله للارتقاء بنوعية التعليم من خلال تمكين المعلّمين بالمهارات اللازمة، وتقوم على توفير برامج تطوير مِهْنية مبتكرة ونوعية في الأردن والعالم العربي، وتستند إلى أفضل الممارسات والبحوث العالمية والعلمية التربوية. وفّرت حتى الآن من خلال برامجها المتنوعة ما يزيد عن 100,000 فرصة للتنمية المهنية لكلّ من المعلمين والقيادات التربوية.</span></p>
