Identifying and Confronting Learning Difficulties in Early Grades

Early-grade teachers must acquire skills and knowledge to better identify and address learning difficulties. This enhances their ability to efficiently support students in this category by understanding their classifications and characteristics and employing innovative, evidence-based strategies to support their learning and academic progress. Drawing from educational theories and practical applications, the workshop focuses on effective interactions, providing supportive services and designing inclusive learning environments that prioritize student care.

This workshop aims to enhance teachers’ understanding of the types and causes of learning difficulties, improve their early identification skills and equip them with strategies to modify curriculum content and teaching methods to meet diverse needs. Participants will also learn to develop effective intervention plans and leverage technologies and tools to support learning.
