A person’s ability to successfully manage various situations is closely linked to their self-awareness and understanding of their needs. 

This self-awareness can only be achieved by being in tune with their emotions, handling them healthily and translating them into constructive behaviors and decisions. This allows them to regulate and direct their emotions towards better behavior, helping them develop themselves, gain greater control over their reactions, avoid impulsive actions and maintain rational thinking without being overwhelmed by emotions. Psychologists consider this a sign of intelligence. 

This workshop aims to explain the concept and importance of emotional intelligence, recognize its core competencies, develop the acquisition of emotional intelligence skills within the school environment and emphasize its value.
