In partnership with the Makhzoumi Foundation, QRTA conducted a series of high-level visits to key educational institutions in Lebanon, aiming to build strategic partnerships that empower teachers and strengthen educational quality.
The tour included meetings with:
- Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) to discuss inclusive, high-quality public education initiatives.
- Lebanese American University (LAU) to explore collaboration on diploma programs and professional development.
- American University of Beirut (AUB) to follow up on updates regarding the Teach for the Future program and explore opportunities to scale it regionally.
- Makassed Philanthropic Islamic Association to support national teacher networks.
- Notre Dame University Louaize (NDU) to discuss empowering faculty and enhancing higher education.
UNESCO Regional Education Office – Beirut to explore regional collaboration and knowledge exchange.
The visit concluded with an interactive workshop attended by teachers from across Lebanon, focusing on the use of artificial intelligence in education, innovation, and sustainable learning practices.
This visit reflects QRTA’s commitment to advancing regional educational collaboration and investing in teachers as key drivers of educational transformation.
