Mr. Shamlawi previously served as QRTA’s Executive Director of Organizational Performance & Technology. He has over two decades of experience in managing non-profit organizations, donor projects, and Technology Sector development. He has led major national initiatives such as Jordan’s “REACH / REACH2025”, driving digital economy efforts, and has held key leadership roles including COO of Oasis500, CEO of the ICT Association of Jordan (int@j), and co-founder of Y-Consult among other roles.
Ms. Said serves as QRTA’s Director of Education. She has over thirty years of experience in education, with a strong focus on teacher development, quality assurance, and strategic leadership. She serves as an evaluator for the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) in the USA. She has played a central role in leading the Teacher Education Professional Diploma and contributing to QRTA’s international accreditation efforts.
Nabila Bashir is the Director of Business Development and Growth at the Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA), bringing over two decades of experience spanning strategy, program development, communication, research, teaching, and technology. Additionally, she serves as an evaluator for the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) in the USA. She is a member of the Senior Leadership Team at QRTA.
Recognized for her contributions, Nabila was selected as a TechWomen fellow in 2018, representing Jordan in Silicon Valley in a mentorship program by the Department of State in the U.S. She received the "Queen Rania Outstanding Teacher Cambridge Award" in 2012 and serves as an international examiner for Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE).
Nabila completed the Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership (CAEL) from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She holds a Master's degree in Multidisciplinary Studies in Education from the State University of New York (SUNY) and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Jordan. Nabila is also a Middle East Professional Learning (MEPLI) fellow from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
