<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>QRTA - AILPD</strong> - As part of the AILPD activities, school leaders and supervisors participating in the diploma for the year 2022 have started applying instructional rounds aimed at providing them with supervisory practices that contribute to improving learning and teaching in their schools.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The leadership team at the Queen Rania Teacher Academy trained the participants to implement the Instructional rounds in six schools spread over the three regions, namely: (Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Elementary School for Boys / Kasbah Irbid, Jabal Sheikh Musleh Elementary Mixed School/ Jerash, and Ashrafieh School Secondary School for Girls/ Amman, Um Al Summaq Al Janoubi Mixed Secondary School/ Kasbah of Amman, Mazhar Arslan Secondary School for Boys/ Zarqa the First, and Al Husseinia Secondary School for Girls/ Al Mazar Al Janoubi).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Instructional rounds help Instructional leaders and educators develop a shared understanding of what high-quality education looks like and enable them to work collaboratively within a Professional learning community to identify what schools need to do to improve education. The Instructional rounds include conducting classroom visits to observe teaching and learning, then analyzing the observations to draw conclusions regarding teaching and learning practices and coming out with recommendations to the host principal), who Host Principal reflects on the round and discusses learnings from the rounds experience.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA) continues its training programs for 2022 in cooperation with the Jordanian Ministry of Education and with the support of the Canadian government, implementing pedagogy programs for numerous majors – namely Arabic, Science, English, Social Studies, and Math – as well as the Innovation in Education Program, Advanced Instructional Leadership Professional Diploma (AILPD), and Teacher Education Professional Diploma (TEPD).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">QRTA launched The Advanced Instructional Leadership Professional Diploma (AILPD) in 2016.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">AILPD is awarded by the University of Jordan and has been developed in collaboration with the University of Connecticut (UCONN) and is based on the Public Education Leadership Project (PELP) originated in 2003 at Harvard University through a joint effort from the Business and Education schools.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">AILPD is accredited by the Ministry of Education in Jordan.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The twenty-four credit hours, nine months diploma seeks to make essential changes in leadership practices through including the best international practices in instructional leadership.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Increase conceptual understanding of instructional leadership in order to articulate a vision for the organization and lead learning to achieve that vision.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Develop strategies for school improvement through a close examination of curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices, teacher development, culture, and school organization.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Apply new learning directly to work within the school and create a Networked Improvement Community to self-reflect and provide one another with actionable feedback.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Established in 2009, QRTA is a non-profit organization committed to the vision of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah of advancing the quality of education by empowering educators with relevant skills and offering innovative and evidence-based professional development programs informed by international best practices and the latest research in the field.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">QRTA has extended more than 100,000 professional development opportunities for teachers and educational leaders. Since its inception, QRTA has invested in attracting and building an experienced and knowledgeable academic cadre by leveraging its partnerships with reputable universities and educational institutions.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>أكاديمية الملكة رانيا لتدريب المعلمين - الدبلوم المهني في القيادة التعلّيمية المتقدمة -</strong> ضمن أنشطة الدبلوم المهني في القيادة التعليمية المتقدمة بدعم من الحكومة الكندية وبالتنسيق مع وزارة التربية والتعليم، طبّق قادة المدارس والمشرفون التربويون المشاركون في الدبلوم للعام <strong>2022</strong> جولات تدريسية تهدف إلى إكساب المشاركين ممارسات إشرافية تُسهم في تحسين التّعلّم والتعليم في مدارسهم.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">إذ درّب فريق القيادة التعليمية في أكاديمية الملكة رانيا لتدريب المعلمين والمشاركين على تطبيق الجولة التدريسية في ست مدارس موزعة على الأقاليم الثلاثة وهي:- (مدرسة أبو بكر الصديق الأساسية للبنين /قصبة إربد، مدرسة جبل الشيخ مصلح الأساسية المختلطة/جرش،ومدرسة الأشرفية الثانوية للبنات/قصبة عمان، ومدرسة أم السماق الجنوبي الثانوية المختلطة/ قصبة عمان، ومدرسة مظهر أرسلان الثانوية للبنين/ الزرقاء الأولى، ومدرسة الحسينسة الثانوية للبنات/المزار الجنوبي).</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">وتساعد الجولات التدريسية قادة التعليم والتربويين على تطوير فهم مشترك لما يبدو عليه التعليم عالي الجودة وتمكينهم من العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن مجتمع تعلم لتحديد ما تحتاج المدارس إلى القيام به لتحسين التعليم. </span><br /><span style="font-size: 18px;">وتتضمن الجولة التدريسية إجراء زيارات صفية لرصد المشاهدات الصفية، ثم تحليلها للتوصل إلى الاستنتاجات فيما يتعلق بالممارسات التدريسية وتقديم التوصيات لمدير المدرسة الذي يختتم الجولة بتأمل حول الجولة ومشاركة الخطوات القادمة للتحسين.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">يذكر أن فعاليات الدبلوم لدفعة عام <strong>2022</strong> انطلقت نهاية شهر آذار من العام الحالي، وتضم الدفعة <strong>147</strong> مدير ومديرة مدرسة، ومساعدين ومشرفين يمثلون <strong>39</strong> مديرية من مديريات التربية الممتدة من شمال الممكلة إلى جنوبها.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">ويشتمل الدبلوم المهني في القيادة التعليمية المتقدمة على أربع مجمعات تدريبية:المنهاج والتّدريس والتّقويم، والإشراف والتّقييم والتّعلّم المهني من أجل تحسينٍ مستمر، إيجاد مُناخ وثقافة مدرسيّة إيجابيّة، إدارة المدرسة والبرامج لتعزيز فاعلية الأفراد والمؤسسة، إضافة إلى تطبيقات عملية تدعم الممارسات القياديّة المتقدمة كالجولات التدريسية ومجتمعات التعلم المهنية وفرق البيانات لتحسين جودة التعلم والتعليم.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">ويهدف الدبلوم إلى إكساب القادة التعليميين المعارف والمهارات اللازمة لقيادة مدارسهم بفعالية، وتحسين جودة التعلم والتعليم فيها، وهذا جوهر عمل الدبلوم المتمركز حول الجوهر التعليمي الذي يربط بين ركائز العملية التعلمية التعليمية (المعلم، الطالب والمنهاج).</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">ويستند الدّبلوم المهنيّ في القيادة التّعليميّة المتقدّمة والممنوح من الجامعة الأردنية إلى منهاج التنميّة المهنيّة المطوّر بالشراكة من جامعة كونيتيكت الأمريكية، ويسعى الدّبلوم المكوّن من 24 ساعة معتمدة، تقدّم في تسعة أشهر أكاديمية إلى إحداث تغييرات جوهريّة في الممارسات القياديّة من خلال تناول أفضل الممارسات العمليّة العالميّة في القيادة التّعليميّة.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">وتعدّ أكاديمية الملكة رانيا لتدريب المعلمين التي تأسست عام 2009 مؤسسة غير ربحية تتبنّى رؤية جلالة الملكة رانيا العبدالله للارتقاء بنوعية التعليم من خلال تمكين المعلّمين بالمهارات اللازمة، وتقوم على توفير برامج تطوير مِهْنية مبتكرة ونوعية في الأردن والعالم العربي، وتستند إلى أفضل الممارسات والبحوث العالمية والعلمية التربوية. وفّرت حتى الآن من خلال برامجها المتنوعة ما يزيد عن 100,000 فرصة للتنمية المهنية لكلّ من المعلمين والقيادات التربوية.</span></p>
